Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Mandala With Ak, we take great pride in offering our customers high-quality, carefully curated handcrafted products. To ensure the integrity and quality of every purchase, we maintain a strict No Exchange & No Return Policy.

We kindly request our customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase, as we do not accept exchanges or returns, except under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product Upon Delivery: If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund based on the situation.
2. Incorrect Product Shipped: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, we will rectify the mistake by promptly sending the correct product. Simply inform us as soon as possible, and we will guide you through the return process for the wrong item, ensuring the correct product is delivered.

In the light of both the above events, you will be asked to send the product back to our mailing address with all the documentation as it arrived to you. Once approved by our quality team, will we be able to process the exchange. Please note, all exchanges will happen depending on availability of the products, in case of non availability the refund will be processed in the form of online credit.

 Please note that all claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
